A leading staffing and recruiting firm is looking for a Director of Finance & Accounting, a hybrid role based in Miami, Florida. This mid-senior level position involves managing financial close processes, preparing GAAP-compliant financial statements, and overseeing general ledger activities. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, a strong understanding of GAAP, and over 5 years of progressive accounting experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Excellent communication and analytical skills are essential.

Base Pay Range

$110,000.00/yr - $125,000.00/yr

Key Responsibilities
