The Role

As our Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the company’s financial operations with a strong emphasis on cash management and payment prioritization. You will play a critical role in ensuring financial stability, optimizing cash flow, and supporting leadership with accurate financial insights.

This role requires a highly experienced, hands‑on professional who can take ownership of financial processes and make sound, strategic decisions that directly impact the company’s performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Cash Management: Monitor, manage, and optimize company cash flow to ensure operational stability and strategic flexibility.
• Payment Prioritization: Strategically prioritize and execute payments to vendors, suppliers, and internal obligations.
• Financial Oversight: Maintain accurate financial records, reporting, and reconciliations.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial planning initiatives.
• Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies and implement improvements in financial systems and workflows.
• Reporting: Deliver timely and accurate financial reports to leadership for decision‑making.
• Cost Control: Analyze expenses and identify opportunities for cost savings and improved margins.
• Cross‑functional Collaboration: Work closely with operations, supply chain, and leadership teams to align financial strategy with business goals.
