What You’ll Do

Own and Improve the Close

• Support and enhance month-end and quarter-end close processes
• Review journal entries and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Strengthen internal controls and SOX compliance

Drive Systems & Process Transformation

• Play a key role in ERP/system integration tied to recent acquisitions
• Improve manual processes and help transition to scalable, automated workflows
• Lead or contribute to process improvement initiatives across accounting

Technical Accounting & SEC Exposure

• Assist with technical accounting research and implementation
• Contribute to 10-Q, 10-K, and other SEC filings
• Support accounting for complex or non-standard transactions

Partner Across the Business

• Collaborate with FP&A, Legal, Tax, Operations, and other stakeholders
• Provide financial analysis, variance insights, and reporting support

Lead & Develop Talent

• Mentor and support a team of accounting professionals
• Help elevate team performance and build future leaders

Required:

• Strong accounting foundation (public company or SEC exposure preferred)
• Experience with month-end close and financial reporting
• SOX/internal controls experience
• Advanced Excel skills
• ERP experience (NetSuite strongly preferred)
• Proven ability to improve processes or systems

Preferred:

• Experience with acquisitions or international operations
• Technical accounting exposure
• Prior leadership or team management experience
