Job summary

The Bolton Group is seeking an Accounting Manager to lead key accounting and financial reporting activities and partner with finance and operational leadership to drive growth.

This role offers visibility to senior management and opportunities to implement process improvements, automation, and new controls while ensuring GAAP compliance and accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Manufacturing experience required.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, GAAP, and accounting operations.
• Experience with ERP systems and process improvement initiatives.
• CPA and/or MBA preferred.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
