This role partners with the CFO to oversee financial management, reporting accuracy, and internal controls, driving cash flow oversight and strategic performance. The ideal candidate will bring a hands-on, business-minded approach, with 5–6 years of accounting experience, a CPA or MBA, and proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, MBA or CPA required.
• 5-6 years of accounting experience.
• Strong communication with all levels of employees.

Responsibilities

• Month-end and year-end close processes.
• Prepare reporting packages and assist audits.

This role reports to our CFO and is responsible for financial management, reporting accuracy, internal controls, cash flow oversight, and operational decision support.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical accounting expertise with a hands‑on, business‑oriented mindset. This individual will drive financial performance, accountability, process improvement, and operational excellence while partnering closely with leadership across the organization.

An integral role within the Accounting department responsibilities will involve: Month‑end and year‑end close, reporting packages. and participation in multiple audits. Management of internal controls and policies while working cross‑functionally to identify and implement process improvements and efficiencies.

Experience or skills Needed To Be Successful:

• Bachelor’s degree, MBA or CPA
• 5-6 years of experience
• Team player who can work and communicate with all levels of employees
• Experience with Excel, Word, PPT, ERP

Compensation:

Compensation may vary based on the job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience of the individual.
