New-England-Market-LLC is seeking an experienced Bookkeeping/Accounting Supervisor fluent in reading and writing Chinese to oversee our financial operations, including bookkeeping, budgeting, and financial planning.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong finance background, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to guide strategic financial decisions. Chinese language proficiency is required for internal and external communications, audits, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading and writing Chinese.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial management or related role.
• Proficiency in accounting software and financial management tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• AP/AR duties and Payroll Reporting.
• Cash management and Income/Sales tax handling.
• Coordinate with external audits and ensure records accuracy.
• Maintain up-to-date financial records and reports.
• Perform daily bookkeeping activities and oversee accuracy.
• Develop and manage annual budgeting process.
• Monitor budget performance and report variances.
• Conduct financial forecasting and long-term planning.
• Analyze financial data to support strategic decisions.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize financial performance.
