Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group is seeking an Accounting Manager in Boston, MA with a hybrid work arrangement. You will support day-to-day accounting operations, assist with month-end close, process journal entries, and reconcile accounts while collaborating with internal stakeholders on priorities.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, with senior accounting experience and hands-on NetSuite. Salesforce exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Previous Accounting Manager, Assistant Controller, or comparable senior accounting experience
• Hands-on NetSuite experience strongly preferred
• Salesforce experience is a plus

Our client, a professional services organization, is seeking an Accounting Manager to provide hands‑on support to its accounting team. This position will assist with day‑to‑day accounting operations, month‑end activities, payment processing, and general financial responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day accounting activities and financial operations
• Assist with month‑end close and general ledger responsibilities
• Prepare and review journal entries and account reconciliations
• Assist with cash management and other accounting functions
• Provide guidance and support to members of the accounting team
• Partner with internal stakeholders on accounting priorities and projects
