Job summary

Add Source Group, LLC is seeking a Corporate Accounting Manager to oversee accounting activities across multiple locations and deliver accurate financial reporting. You will partner with business leaders to ensure strong internal controls, efficient processes, and insightful financial analysis to guide decision-making.

The role requires coordination across general accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and fixed assets, with travel to other locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience required.
• Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Experience with ERP systems preferred (SAP S/4 experience a plus).
• Experience with BlackLine or similar reconciliation/accounting automation tools preferred.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and safeguard company assets.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.

• Prepare and review journal entries to ensure accuracy and timely completion.
• Complete balance sheet reconciliations and investigate variances as needed.
• Monitor financial transactions and postings for accuracy and compliance.
• Participate in financial system enhancements, process improvements, and accounting technology initiatives.
• Support the evaluation and improvement of internal controls and standard operating procedures.
• Serve as a liaison between corporate accounting and business operations, supporting areas including general accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and fixed assets.
• Provide financial analysis, reporting, and insights to support business decisions.
• Travel to other company locations as needed.
