Qualifications

• CPA required or strongly preferred.
• Public accounting experience required, ideally Big 4 or a strong regional firm.
• Experience at the Senior or Manager level in public accounting.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic corporate environment.
• Strong interest in transitioning from public accounting into corporate accounting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage key areas of the corporate accounting function.
• Lead and support monthly, quarterly, and year-end close activities.
• Prepare and review financial statements, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
• Apply U.S. GAAP and company accounting policies to complex accounting matters.
• Partner with internal teams across finance, operations, and business units.
• Support financial reporting and analysis for senior leadership.
• Coordinate with external auditors and support quarterly and year-end audit activities.
• Assist with SOX compliance and internal control initiatives.
• Research technical accounting matters and document conclusions.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve accounting processes and reporting.
• Assist with special projects and strategic initiatives across the organization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams within a fast-paced, global technology environment.
