Our client is seeking an Accounting Manager to join their team. This will hold the title of "Accounting Manager" but there are no direct reports and is a hands on individual contributor role.

This position is full-time / permanent with a direct client of Aprio Talent Solutions.

Location: Chattahoochee Ave area - Atlanta (100% onsite)

What You’ll Do

• Manage month-end close and journal entries
• Maintain general ledger and balance sheet reconciliations
• Ensure GAAP compliance and internal reporting accuracy
• Prepare internal and external financial statements
• Respond to audit and financial information requests
• Support ad hoc projects for the Controller and CFO

Must-Haves

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3–5 years of accounting experience
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
• Proficiency in Excel and general accounting software
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work fully onsite Monday–Friday

Nice to Have

• Experience with Sage Intacct or Ottimate (formerly PlateIQ)
• Background in hospitality, food service, or multi-entity environments
