Job summary

Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager for a Residential Real Estate portfolio. You will oversee financial reporting, month-end close, compliance and accounting operations, reporting to the Controller and partnering with property management and leadership teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• 4+ years of real estate accounting experience required.
• Current Yardi experience required.
• Residential real estate accounting experience required.
• Supervisory experience/has served as a lead required.

Accounting Manager – Residential Real Estate

Our client is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee financial reporting, month end close, compliance and accounting operations for a portfolio of properties. Reporting to the Controller, the Accounting manager will lead accounting staff, review financial reporting and serve as a key business partner to property management and leadership teams.

Salary – $100-$110k – bonus
