Dayton Freight Lines is seeking candidates for its Accounting Management Trainee Program in Dayton, Ohio. This 24-week, hands-on experience introduces you to all areas of the company's operations and prepares you for leadership roles in the Corporate Accounting Department upon completion.

You will learn the LTL industry, gain operational experience, and develop leadership skills while rotating through 1st-3rd shifts, with relocation to Dayton, Ohio as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Leadership, Management, or Accounting-related field.
• Willing to relocate to Dayton, Ohio service centers.
• Willing to work rotation of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift during training.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Fluent in English.
