Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• CPA designation or progress toward CPA preferred.
• At least five years of progressive accounting experience, including month-end close and reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes.
• Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, reserves, and adjustments.
• Maintain general ledger integrity and chart of accounts within 4Site.
• Prepare financial statements and variance analyses for management.
• Coordinate tax filings and liaise with PwC for tax information.
• Mentor accounting staff and drive process improvements.
