Qualifications

• Proven experience as accounts receivable clerk/manager or accountant.
• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and tax compliance.
• Ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures.
• Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and accounting software.
• High accuracy and attention to detail.
• Oversee AR processes including billing, collections and reconciliation.
• Ensure accurate daily accounting transactions by staff.
• Reconcile AR ledger to ensure payments posted correctly.
• Facilitate invoice payments by reminders to clients.
• Prepare financial statements and AR/AP status reports.
• Ensure corporate income tax compliance with tax codes.
• Establish systems and controls to verify data integrity.
• Respond to owners with accurate timely work.
• Participate in special projects and reports.

Responsibilities
