Job summary

BestDrive, a subsidiary of Continental, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the Store Manager and oversee site accounting, inventory, and order processing in Bolingbrook, IL. You'll interface with customers and internal teams to ensure accurate payments and timely information.

Key duties include processing receivables, reconciling accounts, maintaining invoices, handling inventories, and assisting with audits.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age and have HS diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with account reconciliation and AP/AR is preferred.
• Strong planning, organizing, and prioritization skills to meet deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills for internal and external customers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic computer skills for daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Process receivables and payables for in-person customer interactions.
• Account reconciliation and monthly close support.
• Maintain paper flow of work orders, invoices, and payments collection.
• Keep front office organized so information is readily available.
• Communicate effectively with internal customers and vendors.
• Post customer payments by recording cash, checks, and card transactions.
• Support inbound calls and orders; assist with order entry and logistics.
• Reconcile monthly inventory and administer receiving/deliveries.
• Assist with internal and external audit requests.
• Maintain a positive work environment to support operations.
