BestDrive by Continental is seeking a Retail Administrative Assistant in Bolingbrook, IL. You will support the Store Manager, manage inventory processes, handle AP/AR, and ensure smooth front-office logistics, SAP/MaddenCo interface usage, and strong customer service for internal and external customers.

Ideal candidates will have a HS diploma, 1+ year of relevant accounting experience, and proficiency with Excel.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• HS Diploma or its equivalent.
• Experience with account reconciliation and AP/AR.
• Ability to plan, organize tasks, manage priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (sorting and filtering).

Responsibilities

• Process receivables and payables for in-person interactions.
• Perform account reconciliations and postings of customer payments.
• Maintain work orders, invoices, and payment documentation.
• Keep front office organized for quick information access.
• Support inbound calls and orders, provide order-entry assistance.
• Reconcile monthly inventory and manage receiving/deliveries.
• Assist with internal and external audits as needed.
• Uphold a positive work environment and support store operations.
