RTC is seeking a detail-oriented Receiving Associate in Bolingbrook, IL. The role focuses on verifying the accuracy of incoming shipments and entering receipts into the ERP system to maintain inventory integrity.

Responsibilities include scheduling dock appointments, coordinating unloading with forklift drivers, and matching products to BOLs and POs. Strong data-entry skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• One year of data entry experience.
• Flexibility with starting and ending times.
• Problem solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming packages, skids, containers, and trailers.
• Schedule carrier dock appointments and coordinate unloading with forklift drivers.
• Verify products and quantities against BOLs and POs.
• Enter receiving information into ERP and prepare paperwork.
