Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is seeking an Accounting Intern for a Summer 2027 internship in Hartford, CT. The role offers real-world financial training with exposure to accounts payable/receivable, financial statement prep, and analysis. Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in Accounting or Finance with anticipated graduation between August 2027 and August 2028.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted driver’s license.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be willing to accept the pay of $20.00/hr.
• Must commit to a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, start in training on May 19, 2027 or May 25, 2027 and end August 6, 2027.
• Experience in accounting, accounts payable/receivable or bookkeeping preferred.
• Must have basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing financial statements and analyses.
• Work with rental branches and other departments.
• Assist accounting managers with reports and schedules.
• Involved with A/P & A/R functions; cash receipts & petty cash.
• Perform miscellaneous administrative duties as needed.

Responsibilities

Starting as anAccounting Intern, you will be exposed to basic accounting procedures and principles ranging from accounts payable and receivable systems to financial statement, preparation, and analysis. Duties include but are not limited to:

• Assist in preparing financial statement & analysis
• Work closely with rental branches and other departments
• Assist accounting managers with reports, etc.
• Involved with A/P & A/R functions; cash receipts & petty cash
• Assist in accounting schedules & filing
• Perform miscellaneous administrativeduties as needed
