Job summary

Pepper Construction Group LLC is seeking qualified students for a hands‑on Accounting Internship in Indiana. You will work with the national general contractor's Accounting team to learn project billing terms, review owner contracts, and assist with cash flow.

The role focuses on reviewing contracts, coordinating billing, and supporting A/P, A/R, and related financial activities while gaining jobsite exposure and safety training.

Qualifications

• Current college student entering Sophomore, Junior or Senior year studying Accounting or similar discipline with relevant coursework during the 2026/27 school year (required).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong computer skills and the ability to quickly learn and apply new technology.
• Ability to work independently while still contributing and collaborating in a team.
• Reliable transportation to and from work‑related activities and assignments.

Responsibilities

• Review owner contracts and identify contractual terms for billing.
• Coordinate the billing process and A/P, A/R and cash processing.
• You will also be involved in training, jobsite tours and safety.
• Work with the Accounting team on project specific accounting duties.

Position Summary

Pepper Construction is looking for qualified, intelligent students with a passion for learning about accounting in the construction industry.

The Accounting Internship offers overall exposure to all aspects of the financial group with focus on project specific accounting duties with a national general contractor. You will work directly with the Accounting team to review owner contracts, identify contractual terms for billing, coordinate the billing process, and A/P, A/R, and cash processing. You will also be involved in training, jobsite tours and safety.

Position Requirements
