Qualifications

• Must be a college student, sophomore or higher, enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in accounting.
• Solid computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with data exchange tools and concepts.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Effective project management skills.
• Able to prioritize multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
• Availability Summer 2027–Fall 2027.
• Employment contingent upon background check and drug screen.
• Employees must be able to perform essential functions with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation and review of monthly and quarterly reports.
• Assist in preparation of account reconciliations, journal entry files, and required documentation.
• Support the planning process and compiling documentation for audit or other requests.
• Enhance professional knowledge through training and development.
• Provide project assistance.
• Perform responsibilities within set time frames with accuracy.
• Maintain effective relationships within the department and the company.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Attend work regularly and follow employee policies and safety rules.
• Comply with all policies, codes and regulations.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
