Responsibilities

• Map workflows and outline procedural gaps within the department.
• Build queries using SQL to support data analysis.
• Assist in improving efficiencies and document recommendations to management.
• Assist in preparing general ledger account reconciliations.
• Organize electronic file libraries and perform clerical tasks as needed.
• Contribute to NAIC Model Audit Rule documentation and testing of controls.
