The Accounting Intern reports to a Senior Accountant and collaborates with the accounting team. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling financial information, with in-office work one day per week in Oak Brook, IL and remaining hours remote.

Qualifikationen

• Pursuit of a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Strong understanding of US-GAAP and external audit requirements.
• Experience with ERP systems and accounting software.

Aufgaben

• Record journal entries.
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Support bank, credit card, and general ledger reconciliations.
• Assist with month-end close activities.
