SWBC is seeking talented students to join our College Intern Program in San Antonio, Texas. This exciting opportunity is for college students who are motivated and eager to learn within their field of study. Interns will gain practical, hands‑on experience and training that will provide growth and development in the financial services industry. Full‑time and part‑time paid internship opportunities are available in a variety of departments including Information Technology, Accounting, Marketing, Human Resources, Mortgage, Insurance, Legal, PEO, Lender Placed Operations, Financial Institutions, Investment Services and Training. Interns are placed within a specific division based on interest, experience, academic coursework, SWBC’s business need and flexibility with college/university schedules.
