Job summary

SWBC is seeking an HR Staffing Intern for an onsite role in San Antonio, TX. This part-time college internship offers hands-on experience in HR Operations and Talent Acquisition within the financial services field.

You will assist with staffing, onboarding, and related tasks while learning from a collaborative team. Ideal candidates are pursuing HR/psych/management degrees, with strong communication and Excel/Word skills, and are able to travel locally.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Psychology, Management or related field.
• Expected graduation date December 2026 or later.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Approachable, motivated to go above and beyond.
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects with deadlines.
• Ability to take direction from multiple people.
• Excellent organizational skills and detail oriented.
• Able to travel locally.
• Able to sit and/or stand for long periods.
