Job summary

LCS is offering an accounting internship from May through August, a full-time 12-week program (40 hours per week) with meaningful projects that directly impact the business. Interns will present outcomes to the senior leadership team and gain broad exposure to the organization and its operations.

What you’ll do: contribute to real projects, collaborate across departments, participate in professional development, and present your work to leaders at the program’s end.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a college/university majoring in Accounting, Economics or related field.
• Strong MS Excel and reporting skills.
• Background in financial statement review, budgeting, and analysis preferred.
• Exposure to general ledger and GAAP accounting beneficial.
• Hands-on experience in a professional environment.
• Opportunities for networking and career development.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to real projects that will be implemented within the organization.
• Collaborate with leaders and team members across departments.
• Participate in professional development and networking opportunities.
• Present your project and summer experience to the senior leadership team at the conclusion of the internship.
