Job summary

Terumo Neuro in Aliso Viejo, CA is seeking an Accounting Intern (MBA student) to support day-to-day accounting in a manufacturing environment, with exposure to GL, fixed assets, audits and month-end close.

The internship offers hands-on experience in reconciling sub-ledgers, assisting with AP/AR, data retrieval for compliance and involvement in ERP implementations. Strong Excel skills and reliability are required.

Qualifications

• Pursuing bachelor's degree in accounting or master's in accounting/business; MBA preferred.
• Working knowledge of general ledger accounting principles.
• Intermediate/advanced MS Excel knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile sub-ledgers to general ledger balances.
• Assist with maintaining and reconciling fixed assets and related reports.
• Support quarterly and annual audit processes and prepare schedules.
• Assist Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable with daily processes and month-end activities.
• Assist with SAP/JDE ERP implementation and data retrieval for compliance.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
