Job summary

Wonderful Pistachios & Almonds in Los Angeles, CA is offering a Summer Internship in Accounting onsite. This role provides hands-on experience supporting the Accounting/Finance team and involves data analysis, validation, and ERP testing.

You will assist with data organization, ensure financial data accuracy, and document testing steps for Oracle ERP processes. The program is a seasonal 6–10 weeks for students pursuing business, accounting, finance, or math, with strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Entry-level, pursuing a degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Must be a Wonderful Scholar enrolled in the College Success program and be 18 years of age.
• Strong Excel skills, data organization, and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and structured processes.

Responsibilities

• Data Analysis: Assist with organizing, reviewing, and analyzing financial and operational data to support departmental functions.
• Financial Accuracy: Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial information through diligent review and validation.
• System Testing: Assist with Oracle ERP process flow testing and data validation to ensure system accuracy.
• Documentation: Document testing steps and results clearly, maintaining organized records of all validation activities.
• Process Support: Support process improvement initiatives by identifying discrepancies and reporting findings to the Accounting/Finance team.
