Qualifications

• Must be enrolled full time for the upcoming semester in a bachelors degree program in Accounting or Finance graduating by May 2027
• Experience in accounting or bookkeeping preferred
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must live within a one hour commute of Latham, NY

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing financial statements and analysis
• Work closely with rental branches and other departments
• Assist accounting managers with reports and other tasks
• Involved with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions; cash receipts and petty cash
• Assist in accounting schedules and filing
• Perform miscellaneous administrative duties as needed

Overview

This internship is located in-person at 11 Northway Ln N, Latham, NY 12110. Interns must be available to work up to 25 hours (part time) during the hours of 8am - 5pm Monday through Friday.

The starting rate of pay is $22 per hour. Employees can earn yearly merit increases based on performance.
