HF Sinclair in Dallas, TX is seeking a Summer 2027 Accounting Intern who will assist Accountants by performing routine accounting assignments under close supervision.

The role involves preparing statements and reports, maintaining files, performing financial analysis, processing credit card reports, and supporting revenue accounting. Office-based position with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's in accounting or finance.
• Basic accounting analysis and calculations.
• Entry-level understanding of accounting practices and procedures.
• Experience with accounting software and revenue accounting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares various accounting statements and reports.
• Reviews, updates, and maintains files daily/monthly.
• Performs accounting and financial analysis.
• Processes credit card file reports.
• Invoices marketers.
• Measures volumes and track actual vs. scheduled volumes by site.
• Make accounting entries.
• Track and enter all master file additions, changes, de-branding.
