Wolf & Company, P.C. is seeking an Accounting Intern to join the Outsourced Finance and Accounting (OFA) team in Boston.

The internship offers hands-on exposure to cloud-based accounting systems, month-end close, financial reporting, and payroll support across clients in various industries. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and pursuing a degree in accounting, finance, or related fields, with proficiency in Excel and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Completion of introductory accounting coursework with a strong academic record.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist with transaction coding and bookkeeping activities.
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Assist in the preparation of bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Assist with maintaining accounting records and supporting schedules.
• Help review general ledger activity for accuracy and completeness.
• Support fixed asset tracking and depreciation schedules.
