Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business or related field.
• Availability year round.
• Strong communication skills and ability to organize work efficiently.
• Basic knowledge of Excel, Access and Word.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of journal entries.
• Develop working knowledge of invoice processing.
• Participate in the twice weekly payment (check) run.
• Assist in the preparation of customer invoices.
• Participate in fixed asset audits.
• Ad hoc accounting projects as needed.
