Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.

• Coursework or foundational knowledge in accounting or finance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with running reports, research, and basic financial data analysis.
• Support monthly and annual close activities, including journal entries.
• Review invoices and help maintain accurate financial records.
• Contribute to routine, ad‑hoc, and special accounting projects.
• Help prepare work‑in‑progress and other internal reports.
• Support audit requests and documentation needs.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and efficiencies.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with internal partners.
• Take on additional responsibilities as assigned.
