Ideal candidates are pursuing a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance, with strong Excel skills, and 0-2 years' experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Pursuing Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Sophomore standing (or equivalent) required; junior standing strongly preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• 0-2 years’ relevant experience required.

Responsibilities

• Develop a foundational understanding of accounting principles, financial processes, and business operations.
• Support accounting-related projects, reporting activities, and departmental initiatives as assigned.
• Assist with gathering, organizing, validating, and analyzing financial and operational information.
• Create, review, and maintain spreadsheets, reports, reconciliations, or other documentation related to accounting activities.
• Collaborate with accounting team members and business partners to support ongoing projects and operational needs.
• Participate in process improvement, testing, and problem-solving efforts to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and other routine accounting activities as needed.
• Assist with research, documentation, and analysis to support financial reporting and business decision-making.
