Job summary

Andersen Windows, Inc. is offering a Finance internship to support the enterprise’s financial operations and gain hands-on experience. You will assist with budget preparation, generate financial reports, reconcile ledger accounts, and process transactions alongside our finance team.

This role provides exposure to monthly closures, KPIs, and audits, with a focus on practical application of accounting concepts in a corporate setting. Interns are not eligible for benefits.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a standard requirement; familiarity with ERP systems (Oracle or SAP) or accounting software (QuickBooks) is a plus.
• Strong analytical abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent time management.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements and track KPIs.
• Process invoices, match purchase orders, and record daily cash receipts.
• Help the financial team run data reports to ensure budget allocations align with company goals.
• Assist staff with month-end closes and pull data for internal and external audits.
