Job summary
RAM Construction Services in Livonia, MI, invites students to join its Spring/Summer 2027 IT internship. Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in ISM/CIS or related field.
- Interest in construction industry preferred but not required.
- Willingness to communicate with internal/external individuals to create solutions.
- Working knowledge of computers, email and word processing.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with IT team in all stages of software implementation and support.
- Assist with help desk calls, scheduling and service tickets.
- Basic end-user troubleshooting of technical issues.
- Under IT staff guidance, perform imaging, staging and software deployment.
- Assist in maintenance of IT standards and documentation.
- Set up video conferencing sessions and assist IT staff.
- Interact with customers to implement RAM Construction software and support post-implementation.
