• Interpersonal and organizational skills with clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process vendor invoices via SAP and Zycus Merlin.
• Assist as Concur Administrator, auditing expense reimbursement requests.
• Prepare steps to add/adjust cost center approvers in Concur.
• Prepare quarterly Concur Invoice journal entries.
• Assist with month-end and quarter-end reports for multiple entities.
• Assist AP Manager with payment runs and check distribution.
• Prepare Pending Submission reports in Zycus for weekly distribution.
• Support Business Services Accounting staff on various projects.
