POSITION OVERVIEW
The Accounting Internship at Windquest Group is designed for interns who want to build a strong foundation in corporate accounting while gaining hands‑on experience across a diverse portfolio of businesses.
As an Accounting Intern, you'll work alongside experienced accounting professionals and contribute to real projects that support the month‑end close process, financial reporting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and process improvement initiatives. You'll gain exposure to accounting practices across a diverse portfolio of businesses, including manufacturing, consumer products, media, hospitality, and private investment operations.
Throughout the internship, you'll receive mentorship from experienced accounting professionals who are committed to helping you build technical skills, business acumen, and confidence as you prepare for your career. This internship is intended to last approximately one year, allowing you to build meaningful experience, take on increasing responsibility, and develop skills that will prepare you for a successful career in accounting. High‑performing interns may be considered for future internship extensions or full‑time opportunities based on business needs and individual performance.
