Hunt Companies, Inc. is seeking an Accounting Intern for on-site work in El Paso, TX. The role offers exposure to fixed assets, journal entries, general ledger reconciliation, and monthly close support, with collaboration across departments during the Oct 2026–Apr 2027 internship period.
The ideal candidate is an accounting major with a 3.7+ GPA, graduating Aug 2027 or later, and possesses strong Excel/MS Office skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

The Accounting Intern will gain exposure to various areas of accounting and reporting, as well as aspects of the company's business, through collaboration with team members and the use of technology tools. This may include various duties to support the team's goal of timeliness and accuracy, including processing and recording of fixed assets, journal entry preparation, general ledger reconciliation, reconciling bank activity, and preparing quarterly financial reports, both internally and externally, together with various ad hoc projects.
