Within Accounting, interns gain exposure to the financial processes and reporting activities that support Huntington's business strategy and decision‑making. Students partner directly with finance and accounting professionals to contribute to meaningful projects while developing knowledge of financial analysis, forecasting, financial reporting, budgeting, accounting operations, and the overall financial health of the organization.
Opportunities may include exposure to areas such as Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Controllership, Treasury, Investor Relations, Financial Reporting, and other corporate finance and accounting functions. Interns may assist with financial modeling, budgeting and forecasting activities, management reporting, business performance analysis, month‑end reporting processes, and strategic initiatives that help drive business results.
