Job summary

Planview in Austin, Texas is seeking Accounting interns for summer 2027 to gain hands-on experience in cash forecasting, journal entries, and close tasks while supporting process improvements with AI.

You must be enrolled in a university/college or be a recent graduate and be available to work at our Austin office for the internship duration. The role offers paid work experience, flexible hours, and on-site wellness activities.

What You'll Do

• Assist in preparing cash forecasts for Accounting/Finance Executives and the CFO
• Utilize AI to enable process improvement recommendations across the team
• Work with team members to identify outliers on reconciliations, diagnose the root cause of the problem, and deploy the solution
• Prepare journal entries for cash reconciliations
• Execute financial close tasks and draft commentary

What You'll Bring

These roles are open to students currently enrolled in an accredited University or college program, or recent graduates. Candidates must be available to work from our Austin office for the duration of the internship.
