The Department of Accounting within the Tippie College of Business at the University of Iowa invites applications for one non-tenure Instructional Track Faculty Position in Accounting at the levels of Assistant Professor of Instruction or Practice, Associate Professor of Instruction or Practice, or Full Professor of Instruction or Practice starting Spring 2027. Rank will be based on experience and record of achievement.

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications.

Qualifications

• Evidence of successful teaching in accounting at undergrad/grad level, or proven teaching via experience; able to teach Financial Accounting plus one other area (Managerial/AI).
• Strong accounting background with industry experience (3–5 years).
