Job summary

Buckeye Corrugated, Inc. (BCI) in the United States seeks an accounting and administrative professional to streamline reporting and HR-related processes. You will work with the GM and management team in a fast-paced office/manufacturing environment.

The role includes monthly financial closes, payroll oversight in UKG, benefits administration, and supporting training and HR initiatives. A background in accounting with HR credentials is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• HR Certification (SHRM or equivalent).
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant accounting and administrative experience.
• Manufacturing setting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly financial statements with GM and management.
• Prepare monthly close packages for internal and corporate reporting.
• Oversee payroll processing within UKG HRIS time modules.
• Administer associate benefits enrollments and updates in UKG.
• Conduct workplace investigations with management as needed.
• Support training, performance management, and disciplinary processes.
• Maintain associate records in UKG and ensure retention compliance.
• Coordinate with HR and office staff on administrative tasks.
