Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in Accounting.
• Working knowledge of GAAP requirements.
• SAP ERP and BlackLine experience; SEC reporting requirements a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with weekly income statement estimates and preparation.
• Prepares and enters journal vouchers.
• Maintains weekly reporting (corporate and local).
• Assists with the period, quarter, and year-end accounting closing process.
• Analyzes general ledger accounts and prepares related schedules.
• Supports, backup, and cross-train for Routes & Distributor Accounting and Accounts Payable.
• Assists in the collection efforts for Customer Trade Receivables.
• Assists in financial planning including capital budgets.
• Assists with product costing.
• Assists with personal property tax and business license filings.
• Ensures SOX compliance and Inventory Management.
