Luxe Brands is seeking a hands-on Accountant to join our Finance team in Columbus, OH. Reporting to the VP of Finance + Accounting, you will own day-to-day accounting operations, ensure GAAP compliance, and support month-end close in a growing multi-brand retailer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years accounting experience in a small to mid-size company.
• Hands-on accounting generalist with exposure to AP, AR, reconciliations, close, reporting, and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Own Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable execution.
• Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, vendor accounts, and GL activity.
• Prepare schedules and documentation for monthly, quarterly, and year end close.
• Support journal entries and chart of accounts maintenance.
• Identify discrepancies and elevate to Finance leadership.
• Coordinate vendor setup, payment processing, and expense management.
• Assist with monthly close, GAAP compliance, and audit trails.
