Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, tax, or business-related.
• Practical experience with MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project, PowerPoint, and other software.
• Strong critical thinking and effective communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Approve accounting documents and manage evidence.
• Close monthly, quarterly, and period-end; verify books.
• Prepare quarterly and period-end financial statements.
• Settle suspense receipts and payments.
• Review head office billing details and enter slips.
• Record, dispose, and depreciate fixed assets.
• Verify inventories in-out; settle goods in transit.
• Budget, execute, and approve current expenses.
• Prepare aging analyses for A/R and A/P.
• Provide financial reporting to management.
• Support business plan, working capital, and internal accounting.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Travel for business when necessary.
