Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; specialized training preferred.
• Strong English reading/writing and math skills; able to analyze financial statements.
• Minimum 2 years of related experience preferred.
• Proficient PC skills and knowledge of bank accounting functions.

Responsibilities

• Support accounting, financial reporting, and control functions.
• Coordinate work within the department and with other departments.
• Maintain records and provide assigned reports.
• Reconcile subsidiary ledgers to the general ledger.
• Review, record, and pay invoices timely and accurately.
• Prepare 1099-MISC/NEC forms and quarterly tax reports.
• Prepare invoice summaries for the Board of Directors.
• Track and communicate utility expense spreadsheets with facilities manager.
