• 2+ years of corporate administrative experience.
• Ability to produce timely and accurate records, especially work papers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating document signatures and follow-ups.
• Assisting with calendar management, maintenance, and updating.
• Completing audit-related tasks and coordinating with other teams for follow-ups.
• Distributing monthly financials to counterparties and updating the distribution list.
• Coordinating financial statement deliverables with AML team during onboarding.
• Assisting with credit card administration including new cards, limits, vendors, and banking coordination.
• Coordinating various processes, including capital moves and wires.
