Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Public Administration or related field.
• Knowledge of bank reconciliation and financial controls.
• Ability to supervise staff and manage teams.
• Familiarity with state computer programs and financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervises technical, professional, and clerical staff as required.
• Maintains records in State computer programs.
• Establishes and updates procedures and policies for bank reconciliation, cash receipt, and financial operations.
• Establishes training for staff on financial matters.
• Advises on financial regulations and compliance measures for the Friend of the Court.
• Assists in completing required financial reports.
• Prepares and verifies bank deposits.
• Assists auditors in reviewing accounts.
• Assists in budgeting for the annual county budget and contracts.
• Acts as liaison with financial institutions and state/county representatives.
• Performs tasks and reports as required.
