• Keeps general and subsidiary ledgers and prepares reports.
• Uses computer software for spreadsheets, databases and word processing.
• Posts cash receipts and prepares payroll from department data.
• Assists in payroll processing and budget preparation.
• Reviews work for accuracy and maintains records in accordance with policies.
• Performs related clerical and accounting duties as required.
