Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Accounting or equivalent
• CPAs or EAs preferred for tax-related courses
• Experience teaching Accounting courses
• Experience teaching in-person and online/hybrid formats
• Proficiency with a Learning Management System (D2L Brightspace)

Responsibilities

• Instruct accounting courses and support student success.
• Follow protocols for presence, responsiveness, grading, attendance, and assessment of learning.
• Use effective classroom management techniques.
• Monitor and improve instruction to meet Student Learning Outcomes.
• Evaluate student performance and adjust instruction as needed.
• Collaborate with faculty and staff in a collegial environment.
